The internet generation of leads is phenomenal. Having that much ‘instant’ information from willing contacts is great.

I’ve acquired 5 properties, in the first month, from sellers that are happy to hear from me. That is a big change from mailing and knocking on doors, only to get the infrequent positive encounter.

Also, we are probably looking at posting a commercial on a local radio station website. Which one would you suggest? It is either country or rock, can’t remember. Same demo… low to lower-middle class.
